About Redline
Built in a garage. Run like a team.
Redline started with one squat rack and twelve friends. Ten years later we're a 12,000 sq ft training club, and we still coach every class like it's that first one.
Our story

We take the whole building: 12,000 sq ft, a cycle studio, boxing zone and 40 m turf.
- Today

Ten coaches, 33 classes a week and the same rule as day one: coach every rep.
What we believe
The Redline rules.
01
Coached, not crowded
Classes cap at 16, so a coach can actually watch your form and fix it.
02
Every level, same room
Every workout scales. First-timers and competitors train side by side.
03
Measure what matters
We test strength, endurance and body composition, so progress is never a guess.
04
Leave the ego outside
No judgement, no posing, no mirror selfies mid-set. Just good people working hard.
The coaches
Meet your corner.
Every Redline coach is nationally certified, CPR/AED-trained and does a full term of in-house coaching before leading a class.
