Started on Market Street.
Dana Whitfield and Marco Alvarez opened Northgate in a one-room office above a bakery. Fifteen years later, we're still independent, still on Market Street (just a bigger room) and still answering our own phones.
We cap each agent at a manageable number of clients, so you get attention, not a call centre. And we only recommend inspectors, lenders and contractors we'd hire ourselves.
