FAQ

Visits & comfort

I haven't been to the dentist in years. Will I be judged?

Never. Lots of our patients come back after a long break. We'll start with a gentle look, explain what we see and make a plan at your pace.

What can you do for dental anxiety?

Ask for anything on our comfort menu: headphones, weighted blankets, ceiling TVs, numbing gel and breaks whenever you raise a hand. We also offer laughing gas and oral sedation.

How long is a new patient visit?

About 75 minutes: X-rays, a full exam, a cleaning if your gums are healthy, and time to talk about any questions or goals.

When should my child first see a dentist?

By their first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth. Early visits are short and fun, and they help kids feel at home.

Insurance & payment

Do you take my insurance?

We're in network with most PPO dental plans and will file claims for you. Send us your plan details when you book and we'll check your benefits.

What if I don't have insurance?

Our Smile Plan membership covers two checkups and cleanings, X-rays and an emergency exam each year, plus 20% off other treatment. It starts at $199 a year.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. 0% financing over 6 to 24 months is available for treatment over $500, subject to approval.

Treatments

Does teeth whitening damage enamel?

Professional whitening is safe for enamel when it's supervised. Some people have short-term sensitivity, which we help prevent with desensitising gel.

Are clear aligners right for me?

They work for most crowding, spacing and mild bite problems. A free consult with a 3D scan will show whether they suit you and preview your result.

How long do implants last?

With good care, the implant itself can last a lifetime. The crown on top typically lasts 10 to 15 years or more.

New patients welcome

A dentist you'll actually look forward to.

Gentle care, clear prices and evening appointments. New patient exam, X-rays and cleaning: $149 self-pay, or $0 with most insurance.
