Our story
Started with one bucket.
Rosa Delgado started Spruce & Shine in 2014 with a hatchback full of supplies and three clients from her church. She'd cleaned for big franchises for years and knew the work deserved better pay and better respect.
Today we're 38 cleaners strong. Everyone is an employee, not a contractor, with paid time off, health cover and real training. Happy cleaners do better work, and they stay, which is why you see the same faces every visit.
