Cost & financing
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. Inspections, photo reports and written estimates are always free, with no obligation. We would rather earn your trust than charge for a look.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size, pitch and material. Most architectural shingle replacements in our area fall between $9,000 and $18,000. Your written estimate is line-item and fixed. We don't add surprise charges halfway through.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer fixed monthly payment plans and same-as-cash options on approved credit. Applying takes about two minutes and doesn't affect your credit score to check your options.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
For retail projects we collect a material deposit when materials are ordered, and the balance only after your final walkthrough. We never ask for full payment up front.
Insurance claims
Will insurance pay for my new roof?
If your roof has storm damage from hail or wind, your policy may cover the replacement minus your deductible. Our free inspection tells you whether there's enough damage to file a claim.
Will you meet with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We meet the adjuster on your roof, walk through our photo documentation and make sure every damaged component is noted, at no cost to you.
Can you cover or waive my deductible?
No, and you should be wary of any roofer who offers to. Waiving or rebating a deductible is insurance fraud in many states. We work honestly within your policy and help you get everything it covers.
How long do I have to file a claim?
Many policies require claims within 6 to 12 months of the storm, and some sooner. Check your policy or call us. Getting an inspection soon after a storm protects your options.
Warranties
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Every replacement includes our 25-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty. On qualifying certified systems that's up to 50 years of non-prorated material coverage.
What about repairs?
Repairs carry a 1-year workmanship warranty. If the same area leaks again within a year, we come back and fix it free.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell?
Yes. Both our workmanship warranty and most manufacturer warranties transfer to the next owner, which is a real selling point.
Emergencies & timeline
My roof is leaking right now. What do I do?
Call us 24/7 at (555) 555-0187. We'll dispatch a crew to tarp the roof and stop further damage. Meanwhile, move valuables, catch drips with buckets and stay out of rooms with sagging ceilings.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are finished in one day. Larger or steeper roofs and metal systems can take two to four days. We'll give you the exact schedule before we start.
Do I need to be home during the install?
No. We just need access to an outdoor outlet and a clear driveway. Your project manager will text you updates and walk the finished job with you.
