01Getting started
How long does it take to switch IT providers?
Most businesses are fully onboarded within 30 days. Urgent security gaps are closed in the first week, and we coordinate the handoff with your current provider so there's no gap in support.
Do we need to replace all our hardware?
No. We work with what you have and only recommend replacements when equipment is unsupported, insecure or costing you more in downtime than it's worth. Every recommendation comes with a budget and timeline.
Do you work with businesses our size?
Our clients range from 5 to 250 employees. Most have 15 to 100 users and no full-time IT staff, or a small internal team that needs backup.
02Pricing & contracts
What does "per user" pricing include?
Support for each person's devices, accounts and apps, plus the monitoring, security tools and help desk access listed in your plan. Servers and network devices are billed at a flat monthly rate.
Are there long-term contracts?
Agreements are typically 12 months, because onboarding takes real work up front. After that, they renew annually and can be cancelled with 60 days' notice.
What isn't covered by the monthly fee?
New hardware, software licenses and large projects like office moves or major migrations. These are always quoted in advance, so you'll never get a surprise bill.
03Security
We're small. Are we really a target?
Yes. Most attacks are automated and look for any weakness, not specific companies. Small businesses are often targeted precisely because they tend to have fewer defenses.
Will you help with our cyber-insurance application?
Yes. We help clients answer insurer questionnaires accurately and put the required controls in place, such as MFA, EDR and tested backups.
Can you guarantee we'll never be breached?
No honest provider can. What we do is make an attack much less likely, detect it quickly if it happens and make sure you can recover your data and keep operating.
