Our story
Built on straight answers and work that lasts
Founder Mike Alvarez spent twelve years as a service technician at a national HVAC chain. He watched customers get upsold on equipment they didn't need. In 2004 he started Summit Comfort with a different approach: diagnose honestly, price upfront and fix it right the first time.
Today our team of 28 NATE-certified technicians serves more than 14,000 homes across the metro. We're still family-owned. We still answer the phone 24 hours a day. And we still won't recommend a new system if a repair will do the job.
