Pricing & payment

How much does a service call cost?

Our diagnostic visit is a flat $89. If you approve the repair, we waive the diagnostic fee completely, so you only pay for the fix.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We use flat-rate pricing. You see the exact price of the repair before we start, and it won't change even if the job takes longer than expected.

Do you offer financing on new systems?

Yes. We offer 0% APR financing for up to 18 months and low monthly payment plans for up to 120 months on approved credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, debit cards, checks, ACH and financing. Payment is due when the work is complete and you're satisfied.

Warranties & guarantees

What warranty comes with a repair?

Every repair is backed by our 1-year parts & labor guarantee. If the same issue comes back within 12 months, we fix it free.

What warranty comes with a new system?

New installations include the manufacturer's 10-year parts warranty plus our own 2-year labor warranty. Extended 10-year labor coverage is available.

Will a repair void my manufacturer warranty?

No. We're factory-authorized for major brands and use OEM or equivalent parts, so your existing manufacturer warranty stays fully intact.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Call us. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll come back and make it right at no extra cost. That's our Summit Satisfaction Guarantee.

Emergency service

Do you really offer 24/7 emergency service?

Yes. A live dispatcher (not an answering service) picks up 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and on-call technicians are always on the road.

How fast can you get here in an emergency?

Our average emergency arrival time is 60 minutes across our core service area. We'll give you a real ETA when you call.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

A modest after-hours fee applies for non-members. Comfort Club members never pay overtime, nights, weekends or holidays included.

What should I do while I wait?

Check that the thermostat is set correctly, the breaker hasn't tripped and the furnace filter isn't clogged. If you smell gas, leave the house immediately and call your gas utility first.

No heat? No AC? We answer 24/7.

Talk to a real dispatcher now. Technicians are on the road around the clock.

Flat-rate pricing approved before any work begins. $0 overtime charges on nights and weekends for Comfort Club members.
