Pricing & estimates
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Always. After the inspection you get a written, itemized estimate by text or email. No work starts until you approve it, and the approved price is what you pay.
Are you cheaper than the dealer?
Usually by 20 to 40% on the same repair. We use OE or OE-equivalent parts and charge an independent-shop labor rate instead of a dealership rate.
What does the $129 diagnostic fee cover?
Up to an hour of hands-on testing by a certified technician, not just reading a code. If you approve the repair we find, the fee is credited toward it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Repairs over $300 can be split into monthly payments, with 6 months interest-free on approved credit.
Warranties
What warranty do you offer?
Our parts and labor warranty covers 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. It's honored nationwide at 35,000+ partner shops, so you're covered on road trips too.
Will servicing my car here void my factory warranty?
No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) lets you have maintenance done at any shop. We use OE-spec parts and fluids and keep digital records you can show the manufacturer if needed.
Can you do recall work?
Recalls must be done by a franchised dealer at no charge to you. We'll check your VIN for open recalls during every visit and let you know.
Scheduling & drop-off
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments get priority, but we hold same-day slots every morning. For oil changes and quick services you're welcome to wait in the lounge.
Can I drop my car off before you open?
Yes. Use the secure key drop by the front door 24/7. Fill out the envelope and we'll text you once your car is checked in.
My car won't start. Can you tow it?
We partner with a local towing company and can arrange a tow to the shop. Call us and we'll set it up.
How long will my repair take?
Most maintenance and common repairs are finished the same day. Bigger jobs and special-order parts can take one to three days. You'll get text updates the whole way.
