Our story
Started by a master tech who got tired of the upsell.
After 14 years as a dealership master technician, Carlos Mendez kept seeing customers pay for "recommended" work their cars didn't need. In 2011 he opened Apex with two bays and one rule: show the customer the problem, then let them decide.
Today Apex has 10 bays, 12 ASE-certified technicians and the same dealer-grade diagnostic equipment, at independent-shop prices. We still put the old parts in a box for you to look at if you want to see them.
