AWorking with us
What kinds of companies do you work with?
Mostly startups, consumer brands and established companies going through change, like a new product line, a merger or a push into a new market. Our clients usually have between 10 and 500 employees.
Do you work with clients outside your city?
Yes. About two-thirds of our clients are remote. We run workshops over video and travel for on-site kickoffs and shoots when it makes sense.
Who will actually work on our project?
A small senior team: a strategist, a design lead and a project lead, plus specialists as needed. The people you meet in the pitch are the people doing the work.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Absolutely. Many clients have in-house marketers or designers. We'll set up shared files, clear roles and a hand-off plan so your team can run with it.
BPricing & contracts
How much does a project cost?
Brand Sprints start at $6,500, full brand or website projects typically range from $18,000 to $75,000, and growth retainers start at $4,500 a month. You'll get a fixed-price proposal after our intro call.
How do payments work?
Projects are usually billed 40% at kickoff, 30% at the midpoint and 30% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
Is there a minimum commitment for retainers?
Retainers start with a three-month commitment, which gives campaigns time to learn and improve. After that, they continue month to month with 30 days' notice.
CProcess & deliverables
How many design revisions do we get?
Each phase includes two structured rounds of revisions. In practice, our weekly check-ins mean big surprises are rare and most clients don't need both rounds.
Who owns the final work?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, you own the logo, designs, code and content we create for you, along with all the source files.
Do you offer support after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch tweaks. After that, you can move to a retainer or a flexible support plan for updates and improvements.
