Our story<\/p>\n

Started with one bucket.<\/em><\/h2>\n

Rosa Delgado started Spruce & Shine in 2014 with a hatchback full of supplies and three clients from her church. She'd cleaned for big franchises for years and knew the work deserved better pay and better respect.<\/p>\n

Today we're 38 cleaners strong. Everyone is an employee, not a contractor, with paid time off, health cover and real training. Happy cleaners do better work, and they stay, which is why you see the same faces every visit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
