Do I need a consultation before treatment?<\/h5>

Yes. Every new client has a consultation with a licensed nurse or physician first. It covers your goals, medical history and skin assessment, and it's often possible to be treated the same day if it's safe and you'd like to.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

How much does a consultation cost?<\/h5>

Consultations are $50, and the full amount is credited toward any treatment you book within 90 days. They're always complimentary for Aurelle Circle members.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Is there anyone you can't treat?<\/h5>

Some treatments aren't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain medications, or with some medical conditions. We'll review your history carefully and may ask for clearance from your doctor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Will I look \"done\"?<\/h5>

Not if we can help it. We start conservatively, especially with injectables, and review your results at two weeks. It's always easier to add a little more than to take it away.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Who performs the treatments?<\/h5>

Injectables and lasers are performed by registered nurses, nurse practitioners or physicians, all under the supervision of our board-certified medical director. Facials and peels are performed by licensed aestheticians.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Do injections hurt?<\/h5>

Most clients describe a quick pinch. We use fine needles, topical numbing cream and fillers that contain lidocaine. Ice and vibration tools are available too.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Are lasers safe for darker skin tones?<\/h5>

Yes, with the right device and settings. We assess your skin type at consultation and perform a test patch before treating darker skin with any new device.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What is your cancellation policy?<\/h5>

We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a $50 fee, which can be applied to a future visit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Do you offer payment plans?<\/h5>

Yes. Treatments over $500 can be spread over 6 or 12 months with 0% plans on approved credit. Memberships are billed monthly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Can I buy a gift card?<\/h5>

Of course. Gift cards are available in any amount, can be emailed instantly or printed, and are valid on all treatments and skincare for two years.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
