How long does it take to switch IT providers?<\/h5>

Most businesses are fully onboarded within 30 days. Urgent security gaps are closed in the first week, and we coordinate the handoff with your current provider so there's no gap in support.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Do we need to replace all our hardware?<\/h5>

What does \"per user\" pricing include?<\/h5>

Support for each person's devices, accounts and apps, plus the monitoring, security tools and help desk access listed in your plan. Servers and network devices are billed at a flat monthly rate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Are there long-term contracts?<\/h5>

Agreements are typically 12 months, because onboarding takes real work up front. After that, they renew annually and can be cancelled with 60 days' notice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

What isn't covered by the monthly fee?<\/h5>

New hardware, software licenses and large projects like office moves or major migrations. These are always quoted in advance, so you'll never get a surprise bill.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
