Our story
Started with one exam room and a lot of patience.
Dr. Priya Shah opened Lumen after years at a high-volume retail chain, where exams were booked every 12 minutes. She wanted a practice where there was time to explain, time to look properly, and time for questions.
Fifteen years later we have three doctors, four exam lanes and an optical boutique, and we still book 45 minutes for every comprehensive exam.
