Is your price really fixed?<\/h5>

Yes. Once design is finished, you get a fixed-price contract with a detailed scope. The price only changes if you choose to change the scope, and every change is priced in writing before any work is done.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Is the consultation free?<\/h5>

The in-home consultation and ballpark range are always free. If you move forward, a design agreement covers drawings, 3D renderings and selections, and that fee is credited toward construction.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

How do payments work?<\/h5>

A deposit at signing, then progress payments tied to completed milestones like rough-in and cabinets set. The final payment is due only after your walkthrough and punch list are complete.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Do you offer financing?<\/h5>

Yes. We work with a lending partner offering home-improvement loans and HELOC referrals, with options for projects from $15k to $500k on approved credit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Do you pull permits?<\/h5>

Always. We handle every building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit and schedule all inspections. Unpermitted work can cause problems when you sell or file an insurance claim.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Can we live at home during the remodel?<\/h5>

Usually, yes. We set up dust walls, protect floors and keep a clean, safe job site. For kitchens, we can help you set up a temporary kitchenette.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

How much will I see the crew and project manager?<\/h5>

Your project manager visits the site several times a week, sends photo updates every Friday and keeps your online schedule current. Our superintendent checks in daily.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What warranty do you provide?<\/h5>

A 2-year workmanship warranty on everything we build, plus the manufacturer warranties on products and fixtures, which we register for you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

What happens if something comes up after the warranty?<\/h5>

Call us. Past clients get priority service, and we're happy to come take a look. Plenty of our work comes from clients we've served for over a decade.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
